Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Bulbon AI ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of all inputs you provide and all outputs generated for you by the Service. Bulbon AI does not claim any license to your book content beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the Service.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Bulbon AI to generate content that infringes third-party rights, incites violence, or violates applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse the Service.

4. Plans and credits

Plans, credits, and pricing are described on the pricing page. Book credits are consumed when a chapter is first generated for a book. A one-time Single Book credit is valid for 12 months from purchase. Monthly credits on the Author and Studio plans apply to that billing cycle and do not roll over. On annual plans, credits are issued each month and accumulate, remaining usable until your annual renewal date. Cancelling does not remove credits you already hold; they remain usable until their own expiry date. Consumed books remain accessible to you indefinitely, even after a subscription ends.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated drafts may contain errors and require author review before publication.
