Refund Policy

Book credits

Unused book credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once a chapter has been generated using a credit, that credit is considered consumed and is non-refundable. A one-time Single Book credit is valid for 12 months from purchase. Monthly plan credits apply to that billing cycle and do not roll over. Annual plan credits are issued monthly and accumulate until your annual renewal date.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for the current cycle. Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis for unused months minus any credits consumed at their per-book price. Cancelling never removes credits you already hold; each remains usable until its own expiry date.
