This Privacy Policy explains what data Bulbon AI collects and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, authentication identifiers, plan status.
• Manuscript data: books, chapters, memory, covers, and settings you create.
• Usage data: which model calls succeeded or failed, for billing and diagnostics.
• Payment data: handled by our secure payment gateway. Bulbon AI does not store card numbers.

How we use data

To operate the Service, deliver generations, enforce entitlements, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use your manuscripts to train third-party AI models.

Subprocessors

We use Supabase (hosting and database), a secure payment gateway (payments), OpenAI (model inference), and Cloudflare (edge network). Each is bound by their own data-protection commitments.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and manuscripts at any time. Contact us for GDPR / DPDP requests.
